Introducing a novel hair care product containing pseudo snake protein into the competitive GCC market presented a significant challenge due to skepticism about unconventional ingredients. To address this, the product needed to be supported with robust scientific evidence demonstrating its efficacy and safety.

The project began with an internal document review to gather preliminary research and evidence supporting the product. This was followed by partnering with Egyptian experts to conduct scientific research validating the effectiveness of pseudo snake protein for hair health. A comprehensive literature review of Egyptian studies on natural hair care ingredients provided historical context and support for the benefits of snake oil derivatives. Clinical trials were then executed in the GCC to evaluate the product’s impact on hair texture, shine, strength, and appearance. The final step involved documenting the research findings, addressing regulatory concerns, and ensuring compliance with GCC standards.

The project successfully resulted in the endorsement of pseudo snake protein’s benefits, leading to label approval and the product’s registration in the GCC market. This comprehensive approach not only provided the necessary scientific backing but also ensured regulatory compliance, positioning.
